Help me finde that game!

So i have been looking for a game for a long time... and cant remember the name, i hope if i describe the game someone will know the game.

 

It's a top view game like bomberman, you play a guy that shoots giant pool balls at enemies, and the bosses is girls that drop cloths when you hit them, when all the cloths are gone you get a sexy picture and complete the stage.

The style is hentai/cartoonish.

It's old but not DOS old I think.
