[MO]Everything is in Overwrite! Is it bad and how do I fix it?

That doesn't mean everything's in Overwrite, that's just your mod list showing things in different order. "Overwrite" is a folder, not a category. Looks to me like you've accidentally clicked the "Kategorie" part of the header and it ordered everything that way, which just so happened to match your priority order except for putting Overwrite at the top. Click the priority part to sort them back into place, but even if you don't Overwrite's still being loaded last, display order doesn't affect the priority order.
