CDT while installing sexlab

hello everyone. i am new to this modding stuff. i have this ctd problem. at first everything looks fine. game's working and all. but after a while mods are getting ready to work (i guess). notifications about mods are appearing at the top left. but when it comes to installing sexlab, expressions etc. game crashes. if you can help me that would be great.

It sounds like you're barely starting a new game but the crash can be caused by numerous things.  Just do this first:

 

Run LOOT to sort your load order.

Run FNIS for all your animations.

 

Then start your game again.  

 

If it still crashes, you're not gonna like it, but you'll have to uninstall and then reinstall your mods.

Post your load order for others to see if you're still having problems.

I ran Loot to see if there's any error. i guess these two are the main causes for ctd: 

 

FNIS_ZaZAnimationPack_List.txt is not installed. Animations of mod wont be added in the FNIS list and wont be work in game. Before install through Wrye Bash Bain you should choise 'Override Skips' option for archive of this mod in the 'Installers' tab.

Those two ...List.txt files can be found in their respective mods (ZaZAnimationPack and Sexlab respectively, of course).  Plug them into the corresponding folders in your Skyrim installation directory and see what happens.

i cant find these ..List.txt files. arent they supposed to be in mod folders? and i know i already plugged them. i mean i copied them and then activated through nmm.

Those two List.txt files are definitely located inside the mods when you downloaded them.  Check again.  Location is "ModName"\Meshes\Actors\character\animations\"Modname".  Then ensure they're in the corresponding folders in your Skyrim Installation.

 

Yeesh, FNIS is not my area of expertise at all.  At this point, try uninstalling then re-installing FNIS first and foremost, then run it again.  You won't lose anything if you uinstall and re-install FNIS because it's not actually directly connected to Skyrim.  You're just trying to make sure you have all the files for FNIS so that it runs properly.

thanks for your advises i've done it! skyrim works now and not crashing at all.

but now animations arent working "properly".  i can hear sounds but my character's body is just continuously teleporting around the other npc. can you help me about that?

When animations aren't working properly they are because of three reasons:

 

1. You didn't run FNIS.

-- or --

2. You need to enable and register animations in the Sexlab Mod Configuration Menu. If you can't see the menu then recheck the installation of SkyUI and SKSE.

3. You need to re-install the animation mod because you're missing important files.
