Hole in Hip nude SOS Problem

i have a problem where the npc has a schlong but visually has a hole in it

 

i will provide the papyrus and skse logs

including the 2 pics

Resolved the issue on Discord. Problem was evidently caused by corrupt, (allegedly empty) folders created during the installation process by NMM that were supposed to contain the schlong meshes. The folders apparently disappeared when the user restarted their PC, and I was able to guide them through manually installing the files from the archive.
