Just Use the HDT SKSE Parts and HDT SOS Schlongs and male hands, then build special body in Bodyslide

 

-note that if you use it on all female npcs (Special Body) there is a high probability that you will encounter invisible npcs because of the HDT Vagina.

-If you only want to use it on PC try something like Isharas Custom Player Body and put the HDT Vagina body there.
