With the new senran game just released. id figure id make a topic with the estival name to eventually add the nude mods in once people get around to it.

This is my "Model" folder, which should cover all the mods you need to remove all bras and panties, remove the light beam censors, give the girls genitalia textures, and other changes. With my setup, the "Asuka's Bikini" swimsuit will make any given girl appear naked when wearing it, so you should be able to customize to your liking via the Dressing Room. I have a good handful of mods applied to the game, and it's been quite a while since I've set it up, so I figured it'd be easier to give you my whole folder rather than figuring out which mods were which, etc. I'm hopeful that you'll be satisfied with the results if you use this, but if not, I can try and figure out the individual mods and share them. Anyway, to install this, just unzip it, and replace the "Senran Kagura Estival Versus\GameData\Model" folder with the modded one I've provided. Enjoy!?
