How do i share a "Mod" i created?

Hello so im quite experienced modding my own skyrim and customizing the meshes, files and textures so basically i fused two mods to fill my needs.

I made Slavetats load the Titkit textures so i can use Titkit on any NPC i want wich is pretty cool i guess.

Now i want to share it with the community that has been done a lot for me, where do i start?

First, be sure the original items you used are granted to be modified and re-uploaded.

 

If YES:

* 7Zip your mod, create a new Download in this site, upload your mod, add a name, a description, and maybe some screenshots

 

If NO:

* You can still create a mod that will overwrite some files of the original mod (meshes and textures, for example)

* Create a 7Zip with only these items, create a download, give it a name and a description, and put the original required mod as dependency
