Need Help Making Conversion Refrence

I'm a complete blender noob, so in trying to make a CBBE to Atomic Beauty reference I have ran into a fairly significant wall:

 

When I go to shrink-wrap the Cbbe body onto the Atomic Beauty body I windup with the arms mostly caved in and the tits don't fully...inflate? Expand? what ever the word I'm looking for is, the sits look like they were smashed up against the flat side of domes.

 

I don't know if the problem is that I just don't know how to blend, or this is actually a significant problem, but some help would be appreciated.
