Face off for SSE?

Hello folks.

 

I just recently started revisiting the Skyrim again in a form of SSE and I've been modding it to the max.

 

But I've noticed that the script extender ain't ready for it yet until mid March I believe (so it should be out any day now), so there are several mods that aren't converted yet (or the original skyrim mods won't work because of the lack of skse).

 

I've been trying to find a way to copy the face preset of an NPC, but my search hasn't proven successful yet.

And with the lack of script extender the Racemenu mod is out of question too.

 

So here's my question:

Is there a mod or a method tout there somewhere that allows you to copy an NPC's face preset and transfer it to your own character?

Or do I simply have to be patient and wait for the script extender to come out?
