Issue with Floppy SoS

So I am running the latest version of Floppy SoS. It runs fine in game no issues.

However when I quit the game I get the Skyrim has stopped working windows popup with the finding solution every time. It is frankly getting quite old having to alt tab and try and move the mouse to the ok box without even seeing it every single time I exit Skyrim.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Or at least stop the box appearing?

or... I always wait the 5 minutes of play it takes for my game to crash =p
