Autolink CTRL commands not working

I got so excited because now I can finally be rid of bikinis and santa costumes I don't want to see anymore and see modded costumes, but for me these just don't work. I tried all of them and they do nothing. When I press CTRL+0(and all the other inputs) it pauses like it saved, and when I press CTRL+9(the reset command) it beeps, but every time I start the game up it doesn't have the autolink costumes show on startup, or when I try to load one of the saved details they don't load either. It's frustrating. I know there's a AutoLink000.config file that I can't find anywhere and maybe having that will help?

The AutoLink000.config will be in the Main Folder after a Save of the costumesettings

 

-->The Save of a costume can only Work if the Game has correct direktory Rights of the DOA folder

Solution 1 Set the Rights of the DOA-Folder to, Any User can do Anything 

Solution 2 Run The Game as Admin

Thank you so much! I never considered it could be the fact I didn't have all the permissions over the folder. Sayonara Santa costumes!
