Change NPC to look like Looksmenu Preset I've made?

Basically all there in the title, I've made a preset in Looksmenu I would like to use on Piper, just don't know how. I've done some mild dabbling in Skyrim CK, but never in FO4's.

 

Can this be done, and if so can someone tell me or link instructions, my own searches haven't been helpful so far.

1. Make the preset and save the game.

2. Open Face Ripper, choose save file.

3. Choose destination save file and instead of selecting "player" you find the NPC ID you would like to transfer the face to.
