Mister_Monster Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 I know this is a total newbie question. I never used one before. Am I missing a tutorial that floating about somewhere?
Guest enip Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 ECE - my documents/my games/skyrim/cme_save .slot file in cme_save folder RaceMenu - skse/plugins/chargen/preset .jslot file in preset folder If you are using either one and that folder and file path do not exist, you'll have to manually create it. Otherwise those file paths will exist when you create your own character and save the preset. Note: If you are installing the exported head files as well (the nif and dds), those are installed in the chargen folder next to the preset folder. If you manually install your mods, you'll need to check your skyrim/data file path for the skse folder. If you are doing it with mod organizer, you have two options. 1. You can go in the overwrite folder in mod organizer and create the SKSE file path and drop the preset file there. 2. you can create the SKSE file path drop the preset file in it and compress SKSE folder into an archive file and install it like you would a mod. Hope that helps.
