Dragon rend knock down

This is a mod I have thought about for some time and I think it would provide some entertainment. The idea of the Dragon Rend shout, its supposed to knock dragons out of the sky, not kindly ask them to land within the next 45 seconds.

As you may have seen in dragon combat, if a critical hit makes contact with a dragon in flight the beast bashes is face into the ground. With this mechanic already in place I figured this mod would already be out there but I haven't found it as of yet.

What I am thinking is that if the shout hits a flying dragon it automatically triggers the minimum critical hit requirements and knocks the dragon out of the sky. However the problems this may pose is still welcomed by me. What I mean by that is when you hit him he may spiral to the ground very far from where you want him. With that said it may be possible with good timing to effectively drop a dragon into a town to cause chaos and destruction there. Weither or not the rend is permanent is a potential option, but it would make scene that dragons over a certain level could manage to get back up.

If there is already something like that out there please disreguard this, tell me im stupid and point me to the location where I can get this. If not this could be quite fun to have.

Yes, this always bugs me too. Often they 'kindly land 45 seconds later' on the other side of a river or foot of a mountain far far away from where you originally hit them with the rend shout. Sometimes so far away as to completely disappear off your enemy radar tracking and end the combat script sequence.

In practice, vanilla Dragonrend is only really useful in forcing them to stay down once they actually deign to land at all in the first place.
