Arctool from http://residentevilmodding.boards.net/thread/5774/arctool open .arc archives and extract dds from .tex(at least re0 from 2016) ,  idk about repacking back but i think it working too. So you can try to mod game 

 

but for some parts it may broken   Btw i hope creator of this tool maybe update bat file of arctool for this game if someone tell him about that game

Sadly updating modified texture for now dont work, game got sort of perma freeze when i start the game and check my modified texture in game gallery  For now we need wait update for tools or alternate method of mod the game

Reviving this thread because I'd really like for nude mods to be made for this game, as well as model editing/importing in general. The only nude mods that have been made so far are Chun-Li without Pants: https://gamebanana.com/skins/153645

I'd like to make my own mods of this game eventually, but one big roadblock is not being able to edit normal maps. Our current modding tools are not able to properly extract or inject normal textures. So if someone whose expertise is in programming could figure out this problem, or get in contact with someone they know who could, it would be a great help. As well as of course, being able to figure out how to export and import custom models as well.

People have created whole new movesets, animations and swapped characters for this game! .it's time for a resurgence!!

i'm inclined to agree here. there's plenty of characters that could benefit from a nude mod here. felicia, morrigan, strider, spiderman, she hulk and others. heck, with firebrand, he's already naked. just add dick.

I also am in agreement here would be nice to see some good nude mods for the game.

one thing that could be done is to fork over cash. as in, nude mod bounties. that's how max got the UMVC3 modding community into action, maybe it would work with nude mods? or perhaps we could find some mod makers and pay them to do it directly.

that said, there's also the possibility of mod porting. i mean, crimson viper has a nude mod for street fighter 4. perhaps that could be easily ported over to UMVC3. morrigan though, i don't even think we'd have to do much in the way of editing her model. her outfit's skintight. should just be a simple texture edit honestly. hell, that applies to several characters here thanks to how super heroines are designed.

the tricky ones would be characters without skin tight outfits. like felicia. her fur isn't just textured, it's raised from the model. so model editing will be required for her.
