Saves not working?

So every mod is functional, and the game doesn't crash. However, I can't save. Let me be more specific it's not that I /can't/ save. It won't let me save. At first, I thought it was only female characters, but it's Male/Female characters. But it's not all of my saves it's just my recent saves. I can post a Mod-List, but I'm wondering if it's not my mods but something in Skyrim.ini or Skyrim Prefs

 

 

Edit:Upon further testing, I've narrowed it down to SD, and Requiem. 

 

Edit2: So what've I've noticed. Is If I save as I start a new game, it'll save. But after mods start loading the saves bug. 

 

Edit3: Tried deactivating all modded textures no luck, I've also tried Quick-Saving no luck. I'm afraid for the third or so time I might have to tear down the mods and Try again one by one. To narrow down the cause.

What happens when you try to save?

Have you tried the console command? 

 

Try hitting the tilde (left of 1)  and type:  SAVE TEST

Hit Tilde again to close the console

 

It would help to know what is in your load order as well.
