Sexlab Defeat - never gain control after scene

Sexlab Defeat was working fine.  Then I noticed it wasn't doing anything for a while and the ESP file was unchecked in NMM somehow.  So I reactivated it, and configured things in MCM. 

 

Now, after my character is raped, I never gain control of my character - whether I have post sex set to Trauma or End, my character just sits there forever.

 

Any idea why?
