REQUEST: I want to drug my victims ...

If I'm not mistaken, NPC's in towns will occasionally pick up a drink or food and drink or eat it. I wanna drug these drinks and foods so when someone does this they'll end up passing out.

 

So the simple question or request is: Is there a mod that lets me drug food to make people pass out? If not, would someone kindly produce this mod for me?

 

 

I'd love to make it myself but I can't grasp what I'd need to do to create such a mod even with tutorials. I've tried
