Thanks to all of creators and contributors on here!  You guys have made my game so fun. 

 

I've found the penis for the female and the strapon for the female sims.....is their a vagina for male sims and possibly a female top for male sims anywhere.  I have a transgender sim, and it would be great if she could just have more options.

Yes there is. Download this and run it through TS4 sims studios to enable it for male sims.

It kinda worked... but there are two problems: one is that when I undress my sim the bottom gets undressed too, so it doesn't work with WickedWhims, and second is that the shape doesn't blend nicely since it's made for the female body. I was hoping to find a CC more like Cmar's vagina where it's in the game's textures.
