Keep characters face for a restart?

Hey there!

 

I worked pretty long on my character to get the face I wanted, and I want to stick with it.

Is there a better (and more precice way) to get the face on a fresh lvl 1 character than making screenshots of the sliders?

I have a savefile right at the start of the game and I'd like to swap the face data. Any tool for that?
