Installing Sexlab additional voices/sfx in Mod Organizer

The title says it all,

 

How do i actually do this? some voice packs are as easy as installing it normally in MO, but others are needed to be installed manually. 

 

I Used to use NMM, it was so easy i just need to copy the needed files on the data/sexlab/voice folder and the magic works.. since now im on MO, what should i do?
