Yep, you just have to avoid SL mods that are linked to specific skyrim regions, NPCs etc. Defeat for example works well. You can also load your favourite body, HDT etc. Devious Devices should work too (not tested) but captured dreams for example should be incompatible (also not tested by me but as it has a specific cell in the skyrim world it shouldnt work, same for simple slavery)
