PC exlcusive skin textures or vampire exclusive skin textures possible?

Well, I like this skin Fair Skin Complextion, it has one of palest skin texture and is perfect great for my vampire character. However, the problem is every female is sharing the same skin texture and it is really awkward.

 

So back to the question, is this only possible to use for PC or vampire only?

It should be possible by creating a seperate race that uses those textures and then settings it to playable. Put the normal skins back it for NPC so they go back to default and it should all work.
