Legolas armor request

Hey guys im bringing you a simple request i think,ever since i saw the hobbit way back i fell in love with the new legolas armor and id just love to have it in skyrim.

i would really appreciate if any of you can do something that look even remotely similar.

PS.Im mostly into the shoulder/upper arm armor the tunic is just a plus 

pls make it happen
