Anyone have any idea about two things?

First, what eyes are these. the photo is small but nothing i can do about that. Second, who made this follower? I would love to know!

Well from what I can tell is Seductress is set to use whatever replacer you have for EyesIceBlue so maybe improved eyes or natural eyes? As for the maker - it's one of the people from from tesg on 4chan. They might be able to answer it. If I remember correctly the maker has another character or two but aren't currently public files.
