Unknown body mod been installed into my game

So I installed some mods with nmm, it was a long time ago, I didn't notice that a body mod was installed into my game ( the proof is I unintalled my cbbe but the naked body still remained there ).

Can anyone help me? At lease tell me how to identify the mod (

Edit:well, I disabled every single mod and the result was worth it : the body was restored to the original one and now I just need to find the mod that caused this

if you use Mod Organizer, go to nexus install literally any body replacer, put it at the bottom of modlist, refresh and check for Conflicts tab. You will see what overwrites where/what.

 

Also check Skyrim root folder, there could be some body installed.
