Autosave's .SKSE save file creation is way too slow...

So save files with skse enabled are 2 files, .ess and .skse. My problem is my autosave's  .skse takes a very long time to create. It's around 2000 kb but can take 5 minutes to do it. When I open the folder to track its progress, I see that it writes at less than 10 kb per second, thus taking forever to get to 2000 kb. Oddly, manual saves doesn't have this problem at all, and the .skse file never takes more than mere seconds to create. What's wrong and how can I fix this?
