Is there a way to modify the initial F? and also I notice that in HDM movies the background is misty, but in the original movie it is not misty. What is the reason for that? Thank you!

It's called Depth of field. Use the in-game camera to toggle it off. Check the other threads if you are still unsure.

I know I can change it every time, but I don't like it be 2.8 every time I enter a new scene... I prefer using the fuzzy background when making the video which can reduce the file size dramatically. Yes, I don't think it is bad, but the problem is on transparency, the hair will seem strange in the mist.
