Problem with GECK

I'm going to start modding New Vegas, but firstly I need working GECK. I downloaded it and placed in my New Vegas folder. GECK itself works, but I can't load any master files or plugins with it. Nvse loader with -editor command tells me to update GECK to latest release, but I belive I have latest one. What may be causing this issue?

had the same problem. the geck at the official site is version 1.2 and doesn't work with the newest version of NV.
