Oblivion character mod question?

Sorry if i posted this in the wrong area, im kinda new here

Anyway, i saw some youtube mod vids for oblivion and the person's char was all anime-ish, so i was just wondering what mods you can use to do that.

It was likely a race mod that made his/her character anime-ish.

Check out this thread for the tools to make anime-ish characters.

 

if that doesn't satisfy you, there are plenty of more races on the oblivion nexus. Just go to "categories" and then look for "races" and search (TIP: change the list order on the nexus to "Endorsments Descending" so that you get the most endorsed mods up first.
