need help with SL defeat

i have downloaded it many times befor but for some reason it will not show up in the MCM menu at all i have installed it and uninstalled a few times now but it still isnt showing up plz plz plz plz help[

Gotta give more info then that, versions of everything, maybe load order, system specs, it can be a whole bunch of different stuff. Like this its impossible to say other then go back over all the installs and their requirements, starting from SL framework.

Srry was going to ask for it to be taken down just going to restart mods over by going from frimworks stuff first 

 

 

 

 

P.S. thanks for asking but im thinking my download may not be working right and i need to reinstall skyrim any how for the fact i had to put some mod in with out useing a NMM or MO to put it in anyhow thanks for asking
