Preset for orc female warrior

Hi, recently i've reinstalled skyrim with some combat overhaul mods. I'd like to play as a orc female warrior.

 

I found this nice blog, which has pretty nice orc characters.

And i was wondering if anyone knows of some preset which allows me to create a character with a body like the picture below.

I'd like to make a character which has a muscular body. But not hyper muscular like Female Muscle Mod.

 

Any help would be greatly appeciated.
