Horseriding Peasant Crash Bug

I am not sure what mod it comes from, but I noticed there was a horseriding peasant who was riding a horse and who jumped out in the air and instantly hopped off the horse to attack a rabbit and it caused my game to crash when I entered a dungeon. When I waited the guy to disappear by waiting 10 hours and entered the dungeon it was fine. What might cause this behavior and what popular mods add horseriding people? I think I have immersive patrol installed, but I don't remember having seen horseriding NPCs when I used it before. I also have a mod that allows you to see members of the Companion outside of Whiterun, but I don't remember the name.

If you open console you can click on the npc and it will show what mod last modified it.  There are a couple of hunters and at least two other npcs on horseback, the hunters always spawn in the same areas and the others are random encounters, also the companions are included as a random encounter so you don't need a mod for that, maybe you had a mod that increased the chances.
