Wierd bugs?

So, recently, I got out of the labyrinth, and I can't sneak at all . To be specific, I press the crouch button and nothing happens. I have checked my key bindings and everything's in order there, I haven't downloaded any new mods, or changed anything in my load order. I went back to a slightly older save (about 2 days ago), and crouch is working fine. so does anyone know what might be causing this?

 

Also, at what I think is the same time, I stated having weird graphical glitches. People, visual effects (wind, magicky stuff, fire, waterfall hitting water) and bodies would dissapear, and sometimes reappear when I changed the angle I was looking at them. I also couldn't see things like spells I used (I couldn't see the fireballs I shot, but I could see their lighting effects, and they still did damage) if I was in first person mode. I do use immersive first person, but I've never had this problem before.

 

As far as I'm aware from my personal experience, papyrus doesn't form any logs unless something goes terribly terribly wrong and crashes, and like I said earlier, no new mods and no changes to load order, so I don't have anything to give to you guys. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

*Edit, also, I think (again started at the same time) that some of my perks might not be working. I magically lost 100 carry weight I use the aetherial crown with steed stone, but when I take that off I lode another 100 cw, and I can see the perk in my active effects window, so I don't think the problems there. I also have the extra pockets perk which is my bet as to where the problem is. other perks, like respite and stagger seem to be working fine.
