[IDEA] [REQUEST] Loot/Strip Spell possible??

Obviously this would need a bunch of limits to make it reasonable but

 

 

What would be involved in making a spell that 1 grabs everything in an NPCs inventory 2 as a safety issues a set of underwear/minimal clothing?

 

 

 

Limits could be 1 maximum amount of Hit points to work 2 No NAMED NPCS 3 NO KIDS [4 staff only spell 5 large amount of magika needed] 6 this would "count" as pickpocketing
