Gay RPGMaker Game

I am so sorry if this comes off as stupid or idiotic to ask, but I played a RPGmaker game centered around gay sex, it was a while back but I'm not 100% sure how long ago it was. I lost my backups of all of my games ((this was a free game)) so I don't even have the name anywhere. I know that's like zero details to start on, the one thing I do remember is it opened with the main character being trapped in the world he was now in.... sorry if this isn't enough to go on..

 

Thanks in advance for any suggestions anyone may be able to give.

If you don't know it that's fine if you have a suggestion for another hot male on male themed game ((rpg maker or otherwise)) throw it down so I can check it out thanks again!!!

It sounds like it could be The End of Dreams.  At the start you are transported into a different world by playing a video game.
