Please help with Load Order/Freezing?

Hi all! Hoping one of you can help me with my load order and a freezing issue I have, I'm not new to Skyrim modding but looking at tools like TES5edit makes my head spin!

Skyrim will start, I can start a new game. I watch myself get thrown on the chopping block and as soon as I have to run from the dragon BOOM game freezes. No Papyrus log as it doesnt actually crash, just freezes until I hard reboot. Any ideas? Have used LOOT to organise order too.
