Last time I checked, there wasn't. Granted that was probably back in like... 2010? The nudity mods were bad, since they were just retextures that still had all the ridges and outlines of straps/belts/everything on the clothing mesh. I think there was a mod that tried to actually show you the kiss if you romance Bastilla, but that was about as sexual as it got. Maybe new mods have come out since then, and I wish you luck! But last time I looked, there wasn't anything good.

Adding animations is pretty cumbersome last time I checked, at best maybe something could be worked out with a smart camera placement in cutscenes. Hell, my attempts to even have a character lying on a bed ended with failures. http://imgur.com/THl6u5x
