Markath weird bug... someone else has it?

Ok, I know what you think. This is about the mine bug crap... Surprisingly, it is not.

 

My bug is that I actually sided with the imperials and so, Thongvar Silverblood has been elected Jarl of Markath. It was like this for a while. But for some reasons, now the Storm Cloaks are back in Markath and the previous Jarl is back.

 

Someone else got town(s) renewing their allegiance to the dead Ulfric???
