'Shelf Breast'? And how to fix?

So I've been having this issue I've noticed with my bodyslide-modifying mods. I'm currently tweaking and reworking my load order anyway, but I'm hoping I can figure out a good way to deal with this issue in one way to do it.

 

Basically, look at the issue here in this screenshot:

 

 

The problem is of course the upper collar bone, how there's an obvious shelf there I've tried tweakng settings in the big mods I use for inflation (Inflation Framework and Soulgem Oven) but I can't quite get the magic combination to get it to remove itself. Any tips?
