Virgil's Serum (DN053)

The ways to bypass begging someone to help you build a teleporter are well-known, but there seems to be a lock on delivering Virgil's serum if you cheat.

DN053 is the quest, as far as I know, and after meeting father and the fake kid, after getting the special pipboy chip installed,

I return to Virgil and all he can say is "Don't you have work to be doing?"

DN053 is at stage 32, if that's any help.

How does Virgil finally get all excited and ask if I have the serum?

There's a global variable, I just know it.

edit: Virgil might be waiting for Mq206 to setstaged to 1200.

Yes! Version 1.9,

setstage mq206 1200 just before leaving the institute to go to Virgil's cave helped tons.
