"simple" mod request

Im looking for a mod (skin texture for cbbe) that would be blood covered/scared.

I myself cant make any mods or retextures so i hope someone with those skills could make it.

Id like it to look like the prestige outfits from dead by daylight or the damage error mode from the cyberpunk outfits mod, but as a skin texture instead of an outfit.

1. would love to see some sort of dynamic treasure/artifact hunting "quests" in the game. lets say after a radstorm, somewhere spawns a mysteries and valuable item. it should be time limited before it disapear, also other npc will try to grab and sell it. 

 

2. some sort of radio set, that allows me to call my companions from everywhere and let them travel to me (spawn via pipboy).
