Pickletape Posted January 27, 2017 Posted January 27, 2017 Been crossing a problem lately when i load a new areas it crashes (Mostly loading a new cell) I use LOOT to keep my load order stable and i use mod organizer since i started modding. Recently i will start a new game with mods i have been using for a while and had no problem with until now. I don't think its a load order problem anymore because i use the same load order on my main file and the main file never has these problems. I'm beginning to think its a skyrim problem or something. A few examples of my ctd 1. Near the end of fellglow keep during the mage quest line i was about to leave the cell and load another it just crashes (It does load the new cell because i get an auto save) and i can load the auto save 50% of the time and continue. 2. when i left the area and enter the main skyrim world cell it loads fine but about a minute later it crashed (This is not often but it might be related to the same problem.) I have tried running clean saves but i don't notice any difference in it being stable. I'm open to ideas and if anyone needs more info i will be happy to post it. Also i have a good amount of modding experience but i have a lot more to learn.
Pickletape Posted January 28, 2017 Author Posted January 28, 2017 Update: I have done a little of poking around in my skyrim mods and have found that it it indeed a mod problem. I might post this problem on a different thread because it is for sure not a skyrim problem. If the admins could lock/remove this thread that would be great.
