[Req][Idea] Follower or Npc riding behind player on horse

So this have been asked before but lets try again here on this sub. This not just a thread so a modder would come and magically do it but for people to share and talk about how we might crack this down and get it working. Let your replies be something like "is it possible using feature x from mod x? or can it be done similar to x? etc.. but don't reply to just say something like "THIS" "YES" "I WANT" "PLEASE" and this crap, let's not clutter the thread with useless replies.

 

 

So i will be going first>  in Dwemer Flying Machine mod the flying machine have a chair that followers can sit on while the player drive and it seem to be working so would it possible to do something similar to that on horse? like attach invisible chair or something behind the player that follower can use when you're riding?
