Why am i getting two sets of eyebrows on a few of my custom races? and how do i fix it?

look at the screenshot; it happens on both ARES & Liz races. 

 

its the ugly bushy default ares ones and some pretty slender ones, I prefer the slender

ones tbh if I wanted to use the slender ones would i have to use gimp to edit the texture?
