Bioshock little sister armor/clothing + hair (CBBE)

Has anyone made a little sister (from Bioshock) armor/clothing conversion?

 

If not...here are a couple examples, if anyone wants to make one.

I think it would be great to have her outfit in Skyrim. Got to add that blood detail to it, too I would take up the torch, but I don't have any modeling skills at all.

 

I imagine it would be rather popular...if it isn't already made.

Also, by chance. Is there a hair style that is at least similar to the hair style of the pictures I linked? As you can tell, I'm trying to remake her I'm rather close, just need the outfit and hair.

Here is a closeup of my attempt at copying Little Sister, keep in mind this character is a work in progress. The biggest two things as far as I can tell, is an outfit that at least has as a dress, and not a skirt. And something that isn't so revealing. And the hair is fine really and looks really nice, but it isn't the same hair style as a Little Sister. I have to mess with the mouth height a bit more, too. It seems its a bit too high, and needs to be lower. Maybe the nose lower as well.
