Nikola Tesla companion mod request

Can someone make companion mod maybe fully voiced and nice dialogue of the very wonderful scientist Nikola Tesla..? I have lots of ideas and i mean so much of it i can pitch you'll have something maybe good to start with in creating him if you feel like it. I might do it myself, not sure how hard it is but i would look for someone whom i can guess his voice would sound like. I would say he should have 100 on energy weapons and science. Some medium or high charisma... Could give lectures while out on the desert with you and complain when you fail in science things lol.
