Freckle body texture CBBE to UNP convert

Was hoping someone could make this fantastic CBBE texture into a UNP version. Probably simple for you nif-wizards out there, but for me its like lead to gold. Help?

O.M.G!! i have asked for this to be done for months now. at least 5 times on nexus. thank you so much Demon! those freckles are bar none, the best around

 

was wondering tho, while i love these freckles, the details of the face itself isn't my favorite. details seem kinda sparse. these freckles over top of something like Nuska's HIRES Nord or someother really detailed face would be a dream!

 

anyway to turn the freckles into an overlay kinda like the game complexions, warpaint or scars?
