That's happened to me twice playing that town and once they even had a kid together, lol. I guess the Sims creators don't see cousins as taboo?
nugerumon Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 If I remember correctly, for actual romance interactions between family members you need NRaas Woohooer mod and enable "near relation" romance. NRaas Woohooer works fine with KW.
