Looking for help from a professional modder

Looking for a kind person to help me mod Skyrim. I have tried a few times by myself and I can never seem to get things right. I have limited time to scour the Internet for guides And would genuinely appreciate someone who really knows what they're doing, contacting me and helping me out. My goal is to make Skyrim look as good as possible in every way. Characters, environment, animations etc. I have a computer that I'm sure I can handle most anything I can throw at it but have become frustrated searching endlessly for guidance. Maybe someone with a stable set up that they'd be willing to share with me, thank you so much in advance

I'm using windows 10 and currently don't have any mod programs installed. Looking to start from scratch.
